Manganese Bronze Holdings plc ("the Company")

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 37,607 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
The shares have been issued and allotted in connection with the exercise of options under the Company’s SAYE Share Scheme and rank pari passu with the existing class of Ordinary 25p shares.
