The board of directors of Manganese Bronze ('the Board') confirms that the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 17 May 2012 at 12.00 noon at Holyhead Road, Coventry CV5 8JJ, has been dispatched to shareholders by post together with a copy of the annual report in respect of the year ended 31 December 2011.
