Director's disclosure update

Subject to the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14, Christopher Graham Ross, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, has notified the Company that Sonas Group Limited and Sonas Investments Limited, companies of which he was previously a director, have been placed into administration. The administrations are due to uncertainty in the automotive sector and result from the recent administration of their largest customer, Wagon Automotive.
The Company has in addition been notified that Mr Ross retired from the board of Antonov plc on 21 January.
None of these companies is connected with Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC.
