Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (the ‘Company’) advises that it today received notification from BT Pension Scheme Trustees Limited that the Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 3,898,236 of the Company's ordinary shares representing 15.517% of the issued share capital. This includes a shareholding of 3,248,780 ordinary shares representing 12.932% of the issued share capital held by the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund..
