Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (the ‘Company’) advises that it has received notification from Lehman Brothers International (Europe) that, following the disposal of 838,603 ordinary shares, it has a notifiable interest in 1,096,471 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 4.39% of the issued share capital.
