Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it has received notification from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that the Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 3,004,138 of the Company’s ordinary shares representing 12.035% of the issued share capital.
