Notification of a Transaction involving a Director

Manganese Bronze advises that it has been notified that Peter Shillcock, an executive director of the Company, exercised an option on 3rd December 2007 over 14,880 ordinary shares of 25p each (‘Ordinary Shares’) pursuant to the Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of £1.68 per share, the relevant performance criteria having been duly met.

Following this transaction, Mr Shillcock has an interest in 14,880 of the Company’s Ordinary Shares.

This notification is made under section 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
