Notification of a Transaction involving a Director

Manganese Bronze advises that, on 30th November 2007, it was notified that Mark Fryer, an executive director of the Company, sold 8,080 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company at £5.75 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Fryer has no interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

This notification is made under section 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
