Notification of Transaction involving a Director

Manganese Bronze advises it was yesterday notified that Mark Fryer, a director of the Company, had exercised the following options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company:

19,047	£1.68	27/11/07

A total of 10,967 shares have been sold at £6.02 to satisfy the tax due on the option and the exercise price.

Following this transaction, Mr Fryer has an interest in 8,080 of the Company’s Ordinary 25p shares.
