Notification of Transactions involving a Director

Manganese Bronze advises that, on 31st and 30th October respectively, it was notified that Mark Fryer and Peter Shillcock, directors of the Company, had sold the following numbers of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”):

Following these transactions, neither Messrs Fryer nor Shillcock have any interests in the Ordinary Shares.
