Interest in Shares

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it has received notification from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that the Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,781,078 of the Company’s ordinary shares representing 11.141% of the issued share capital. This includes a shareholding of 2,695,983 ordinary shares representing 10.800% of the issued share capital held by the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund.
