Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (the ‘Company’) advises that it has today received notification from Lehman Brothers International (Europe) that, following the disposal of 106,516 ordinary shares, it has a notifiable interest in 1,935,074 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 7.75% of the issued share capital.
