Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it has received notification from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that the Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,613,488 of the Company’s ordinary shares representing 10.47% of the issued share capital. This includes a shareholding of 2,488,483 ordinary shares representing 9.969% of the issued share capital held by the Hermes UK Small Companies Focus Fund.
