Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification today from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that, following a disposal of ordinary shares, the Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,613,488 of the Company’s ordinary shares representing 10.47% of the issued share capital.
