Appointment of Company Secretary
Change of Director’s Responsibilities 12th June 2007
Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC, the leading manufacturer of the distinctive London black taxi, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Devin as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Mr Devin, a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in practice, will fulfil the role on a part time basis.
Mark Fryer, Group Finance and Business Development Director, is therefore relinquishing the responsibilities of Company Secretary, which he held on a temporary basis, with immediate effect.
