Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification today from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that, following a purchase of ordinary shares, The Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,619,796 of the company's ordinary shares representing 13.6% of the issued share capital.
