Change of Director’s Responsibilities

9th May 2007

Mark Fryer, Group Finance Director, is assuming the additional responsibilities of Company Secretary with immediate effect. The appointment is on a temporary basis, following the departure of Tim White, Group Company Secretary, to pursue other interests.

A permanent replacement is currently being sought. Mr Fryer previously acted as temporary Company Secretary during 2003.
