Interest in Shares

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (the 'Company') advises that it received notification on 23 April 2007 from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that, following a disposal on 18 April 2007, it had an interest in 757,473 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing 3.93% of the issued share capital. Morgan Stanley Securities Limited also notified the Company on 23 April 2007 that it had subsequently increased its interest through an acquisition on 19 April 2007 to 777,673 of the Company's ordinary shares, representing 4.03% of the issued share capital.
