Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 24 January 2007 from Legal & General Investment Management Limited that, following an acquisition, Legal & General Group Plc and certain of its subsidiaries now have an interest in 620,736 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 3.22% of the issued share capital.
