Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (“the Company”) advises that it received notification on 15 January 2007 from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that, following a disposal, it now has an interest in 765,691 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 3.97% of the issued share capital.

Separately, the Company has received notification from Citigroup Global Markets UK Equity Limited that it no longer has an interest in the Company’s ordinary shares
