Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 20 December 2006 from BriTel Fund Trustees Limited that, following a purchase of ordinary shares, The Trustees of the BT Pension Scheme and subsidiaries have a notifiable interest in 2,171,507 of the company’s ordinary shares representing 11.27% of the issued share capital.
