Interest in Shares

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 15 September 2006 from the Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme that, following a disposal, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company’s ordinary shares.

The holding represents part of the previously notified interest in the Company’s ordinary shares declared by Schroder Investment Management Limited.
