Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 1 September 2006 from Canada Life Limited that, following a sale of 100,000 shares on 31 August 2006, the Canada Life Group now has an interest in 1,050,000 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 5.52% of the issued share capital.
