Notification of Transaction involving a Director

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC ("the Company") advises that it has received notification from Ian Pickering, a Director of the Company, that on 28 October 2005 he purchased 8,000 ordinary 25p shares at a price of £1.58 each.

Mr Pickering now has an interest in 16,000 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the issued share capital.

This notification is made under section 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules.
