Interest in Shares

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (“the Company”) advises that it received notification on 11 October 2005 from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that, following a disposal, it no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's ordinary shares.

The Company also received notification on 11 October 2005 from Deutsche Bank AG that it and its subsidiary companies have an interest in 756,000 of the Company’s ordinary shares, representing 3.97% of the Company’s issued share capital.
