Listing Application

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a total of 120,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.

The shares have been issued and allotted in connection with the acquisition of further share capital of London Taxis North America Holdings and will rank pari passu with the existing class of Ordinary 25p shares.
