Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (“the Company”) advises that it received notification on 11 April 2005 from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Group Limited on behalf of Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc that following a disposal of 592,000 shares on 7 April 2005, Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc, Allianz AG and its subsidiaries no longer have a disclosable interest in the Company’s shares.
