Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 10 February 2005 from Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein Group Limited on behalf of Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc that Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc, Allianz AG and its subsidiaries now have an interest in 1,220,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 6.45% of the total number of shares in issue.
