Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC advises that it received notification on 17 December 2004 from J P Morgan Securities Limited on behalf of Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc ("FMIT") that following a disposal of 200,000 ordinary shares, FMIT now have an interest in 615,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 3.25% of the total number of shares in issue.
