On 30th November 2004 Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC (the Company) received notification that the management of the Canada Life Unit Trusts had been transferred to Capita Financial Managers Limited (CFM). The Canada Life Group through Canada Life Asset Management Limited continue to be investment managers of the funds.
The Canada Life Group of companies have the following interest in the shares of the Company:
