Disposal of Birmingham Surplus Property

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC, the specialty automotive and taxi services group, announces that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of its surplus property in Birmingham for a gross consideration of £800,000. Completion is expected to take place in the first week of August 2005.
