Options have been granted over the Company’s ordinary shares to the Directors detailed below. These options have been granted under the Company’s 1997 Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 168 pence per share. Subject to performance criteria being satisfied, these options will be exercisable from 11 October 2007 to 10 October 2014.
