Disposal of Bristol Surplus Property

Manganese Bronze Holdings PLC, the leading manufacturer of the distinctive London black taxi and operator of Zingo, the mobile phone taxi hailing service, today announces that it has exchanged contracts for the sale of its surplus property in Bristol for gross consideration of £525,000. The book value of the property is £600,000. Completion is expected to take place within a month.
